Innovation is a set of ideas that shape force reflection. Innovation answers questions like how to create a different business, how to move forward and continue to a mature company, to how to apply new knowledge recently appeared. It is also derived from observation of the environment, reflection on the opportunities, the successful process improvement, the study and the finding of errors and failures themselves and others. Innovation needs to be nurtured and encouraged with good sense, in all areas of decision of the company, mainly in the direction of company's missions, which is required to provide to the whole structure of the company that philosophy in work. But keeping only convinced of our need to evolve, we will make innovation a part in our daily environment and including the company where we work. In this paper, I reflect on my learning of the module, and integrate how this learning has helped me understanding the significance of change and innovation in the business world.
Innovation and Change Differentiated
The term innovation is used to denote an improvement over methods, materials, forms of work, etc., previously used, but the improvement alone may or may not be innovation, e.g., a method may be better because it applies a knowledge of cause experience, and in this case there is no innovation, while if the method is improved by the introduction of new elements, the improvement may be associated with an innovation (Shehabuddeen 2007 76-82). Thus, a first approach to the concept of innovation can be the introduction of something new that produces improvement. A more detailed analysis must be carried out to examine the relationship between innovation and change. If it is established that innovation means introducing something new to produce improvement, going from the fact that I had before, to a state of improvement, is the presence of a change (Andrew, Haanaes, Michael, Sirkin & Taylor 2009). However, it can be argued that any change is an innovation, a change can occur even unintentionally and due to the involvement of multiple factors in a given situation. Thus, innovation is more planned, more deliberate, and more systematic and more work from our desire to change, which is usually spontaneous.
Even when the term coinciding innovation is associated with the meaning of introducing something new to produce improvement, change arises after the introduction of a "new" process. Strictly speaking, the new process is associated with what had never been invented or made known, or presented for the first time using this meaning of the new. The model of innovative research and development sees the process as a rational sequence of steps by which an invention is discovered, developed, produced and disseminated among the user or consumer.
