Introduction

The absence of justice is referred to the act of injustice. The word injustice is related to the abuse, misuse, malfeasance or neglect that is strictly prohibited (Burke, 2011). The occurrence of abuse relational to a particular case in context with a case that represents the failure of justice is termed as injustice (Koggel, 2006). The meaning and concept of injustice varies in accordance to different countries and regions (Levy, 2006). The occurrence of injustice may also result from the lack in human decision making, the humans who serve the systems that support protection.

The Understanding of Injustice

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere-Martin Luther King Jr (Dorling, 2010). The occurrence of justice and injustice depends entirely upon the act, mental or physical, and the results of that particular act. The results could emerge on the basis of justice or injustice (Saha, 2004). The meaning of injustice can better be reflected in terms of the concept of good or bad. Something good that is not followed by commensurate good or something good that is followed up by something undeserved bad (Lo¨tter, 1997). Likewise, something bad not followed by commensurate bade or something bad followed by undeserved good. The concept of justice and injustice lies within the concept of good and bad deeds and their relation to deserved or undeserved results (Burke, 2011). Every individual has got different concept about justice and injustice in the context of emotions within their own. Perceiving about the situations in different aspects is commonly done by individuals. The decision of just and in just depends upon the conceptual process and the evaluation (Koggel, 2006). The right or wrong perception about justice leads to pleasure and comfort, vice versa, when the perceptions are inclined to injustice that leads to anger and threat. The concepts of perception about justice and injustice strongly affect the entire world. For a complete understanding about justice and injustice, every individual must be exposed to those specific concepts (Levy, 2006). The concept of justice and injustice derives from the number of living entities and their limited exposure to power of valuation, volition and consciousness. The world is surrounded by many entities inclusive of power of recognition, valuation and freewill (Dorling, 2010). Accordance to the polytheism, monotheism and atheism, the concept of injustice and justice entirely depends upon the presence of less divine and non-mechanistic entities in the world. The existence of injustice is mainly a logical inevitability in context with the competing entities with limited powers of will and awareness (Saha, 2004). The existence of injustice is not inclined due to the badly mismanaged or badly constructed world. Some of the concepts in context to justice and injustice are referral to certain diversified beliefs. Like, in Buddhism and Christianity, the concept of injustice has done to one, have a particular belief, of having justice afterlife, i.e. the future punishment or reward. (Lo¨tter, 1997).
