When we look around we see a lot of groups, for example, families, friends, or colleagues. All these are examples of social settings in which various groups function. So groups are considered to be very important parts of our lives as most of our activities are performed in groups. Groups are generally formed with an underlying motive. To achieve goals people make groups. We cannot survive without being supported by groups.
Groups influence a human or an individual in different ways and bring a number of behavioural changes.
