Finally, the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Individual Control” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Individual Control” on “Police”.

Individual Control in Police

Introduction

Every organization is composed of a system of consciously coordinated activities and consists of two or more people. Organizations only exist when people are able to communicate with each other, i.e. exchange ideas and opinions by understanding the other's point of view, optimizing the ability to solve problems demonstrating a research mentality using scientific criteria by testing. Just like other organizations, police also require a proper internal and external control and command system through which it can supervise its organizational activities in an effective manner. Police is not only run by the participation of people working on different job roles and responsibilities but it also requires a chain of command to manage the authority or power in this regard.
