Change is a kind of transformation process which affects the structure and functioning of the organizations. A number of organizations have to go through this process. Organizations need to focus on the identification of the change and the effective ways to deal with it successfully through change management process. Mangers and leaders of the organization hold the responsibility of managing the change within the organization. Every change comes with a power of resistance represented by the people involved in it. The team members or the employees of the organizations are usually resistant to the change or transformation process which is done for the betterment of the organization and the employees. However, the effective and efficient managerial and leadership qualities are required to manage such resistant feelings among the employees in order to successfully implement the change in the organization (Griffin, 2011).
