ABSTRACT

This study will delve into the impact of educational level on a person's on job performance.

The purpose of this work is to support the creation of new educational alternatives for linking work-related education and job training in Ghana, so that cultural and technological learning becomes a principle of education in its various expressions. In this research, we would include the case study of MTN, a leading telecommunication company in Ghana. Moreover, the importance of post graduate education level and comprehensive training to achieve and qualify for a job is highlighted in this study, so when people graduate from a certain level of education to find a job, they find it easier so that they can earn well by performing up to the mark. This task is a priority when considering the inclusion of Ghana in the globalization of labour markets and partnerships for increasing cultural exchange. A serious problem is that Ghana's production structure is far from being internationally competitive, as it is integrated by 90% microenterprises whose lack of funding, advanced technology and skilled labour impede productive restructuring. A real competition against the international market, involves a modern workforce that is ready not only on knowledge of advanced technologies, but with good health, with education and training and the opportunity to access the benefits of development. To this end, this research used a quantitative methodology to establish the impact of postgraduate education versus on job training, and the influence of both on job performance.
