Abstract

The research paper has the significance findings about the illegal immigrants in United States of America. Illegal immigration relates to people of relatively poor countries seeking a better standard of living in richer countries than they are from. But contrary to popular belief, these are not the poorest who migrate, but those who can afford it (very high cost of travel), and hope for a better social promotion abroad than they would in their country. The study discusses about the problems of illegal immigration started in United Sates of America. Although, each country immigration problem is completely different from other in terms of their intensity, nature and implications, but United Sates in one of the nations that is facing this problem at its hike (Daniels, 1990). The laws section of this paper includes laws prevailing in United Sates about the Illegal immigrants and Government's action on it. This paper also talked about the general theme of law related to immigration. Illegal immigration in USA is the problem that should be open and reformed as it is unfair to Americans and to people of the country from which they illegally immigrated. It is a notion that the majority of illegal aliens existing in U.S. are Mexicans. The paper has the key findings in effects of illegal immigration on the wage rate and the labor market (Martin, Philip, Elizabeth, 2003). The reason that immigrants are able to find jobs in the United States and put a lot of people out of work is because they often take the low-paying jobs that most Americans do not want to do.
