If you were a woman in congress would you or would you not have passed the Health Care Reform Act. Why?
I would agree and support the pass of the Health Care Reform Act as the democrats, who in the Congressional majority, attempted to maintain the programs that already existed. Yet the republican forces would eventually starve the existing programs in order to cut the federal budget.
