IBM is out with an intriguing new study that I believe talks volumes about what peak managements should be considering about these days. Essentially, IBM is contending, founded on a review of 250 businesses globally, that we have traversed from one world-in which head boss agents concern only about shareholders-into a world where CEOs have to concern about a kind of “stakeholders,” especially clients and activist assemblies who coordinate themselves utilizing Internet-based tools.
