Human trafficking is a crime which affects every country around the world; this crime is associated with many international criminal organizations, on the other many small and criminal networks are also associated with this crime. Human trafficking includes the violation of immigration and labor codes; it is done with the help of corruption. Historically, human trafficking includes the trading of children and women for the purpose of prostitution, and many other immoral purposes. Whereas recently human trafficking is consist of fraud, force and coercion other than sexual exploitation.
Human trafficking is a crime that violates a person's physical freedom, which is enslaved in different ways, including some of the most common are for sexual exploitation and slave labor. According to the annual report that the U.S. Congress asked the Department of State U.S., Latin America is the place chosen by traffickers to smuggle men, children and women, which is subjected to clandestine and unsafe situations of life.
The report specified that "Argentina is a country of origin, transit and destination country for men, women and children victims of trafficking in persons for specific prostitution and forced labor." Many of the victims from rural and Northern provinces are forced into prostitution in urban centers or prosperous provinces of central and South America. Among them is the tri-border area with Paraguay and Brazil, which "constitutes an important area for the capture of Argentine victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation and a transit area for victims of trafficking for labor forced from Paraguay.
Human Trafficking within the United States
In 2005, the United States Justice Department estimated the number of sex slaves in the USA on 150,000. Four years later, according to statistics published by the University of Pennsylvania, involved in commercial sex were 300,000 young people. Many young people are on the edge of risk. (Bales, K 2009).
Incidentally, the public almost completely unaware of this problem, the average American if ever heard of this issue, he or she might thinks that human trafficking concerns abroad. Maybe that's why the liberal research centers typically use categories so flexible and so alarmist tone. They fuel the political rhetoric of the U.S. authorities so that sometimes it becomes unclear whether it actually comes to the welfare of children or just for an excuse to increase state power over citizens. Many looked suspiciously at the treatment of this tragedy through the lens of feminist propaganda. Although, it's true that most victims are girls, but that does not mean that the reason for this phenomenon is the alleged "patriarchy", the lack of universal access to abortion and ban gay marriage, thus with a certain skepticism refers to such declaration of the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: "Modern slavery whether forced labor, bonded labor or service, or sexual slavery is a crime and cannot be tolerated in any culture, community or country. It is the insult to values ??and commitment of human rights. "
