Introduction

in the world of globalization the success of the organization is highly dependent on the management and overall performance of the employees and functions of the organization, in order to effectively understand the importance of human resource and challenges faced by them interview was conducted with the human resource manager of one of the largest organization of the industry .

This interview was conducted with an Senior HR executive of Toys “R” US inc, he was appointed the senior executive of human resource department in May 2006, the prime responsibility of this post is to look over all the employees related matters of the company and also all the HR matters of the company, since his joining he has been able to complete all his responsibilities in an effective manner and currently looking after 70000 employees of all the global units of his company and also looking after more than 1600 stores of his company (Geoffrey, LLC., 2012).

The Toy R company is one of the world largest toy manufacturing company and Juvenile product and also a largest retailer of all these product, the prime quality of this company is that it offers diversified products of different brands to all its customers, further due to its effective and string portfolio and e- commerce network throughout the world it offers it customer a prospective chance of buying a diversified range of children toys trough online form anywhere in the world (Geoffrey, LLC., 2012).

Summary of the Interview Conducted

According to the Executive human resource manager of the organization in this globalized world of business it is imperative to set the right path for overall function of the organization so that it can achieve the success and sustain it for the longer period of time and for that efficient human resource management is required (Arthur, 1994).

In other words it could be said that human resource management is the back bone of the organization as from selection of right human resource, their performance and managing the entire functions of the organization.

As the organization is one of the leading toy manufacturer and retailer in the industry, and is currently at the top phase of its entire history, the role of human resource management increase as at this point effective management of the organization is essential so that the owners can successfully run the business, and for that basic purpose me and my team developed a strong policy and guidelines for the whole company in the US as well as its subsidiaries all over the world and ensured that with effective implementation of these policies we will able to achieve the long term goals of the company.

The business strategy of our company is to satisfied all the customers of the world, and for that it was imperative for us to carefully monitor the performance of our employees as they deal in front with our customer.
