Background

This study discovers the present capability of HR to report on human capital metrics and the capability required to report in the future. The study was undertaken with 246 HR professionals and enterprise managers in the United Kingdom and Canada. Although HR professionals and enterprise managers overwhelmingly accept as factual human capital metrics are significant, associations are not actually focusing on assesses that count (Rossilah, 2004).
