Introduction
People are the utmost resource of any organization. In an organization, Human Resource Management is a new move towards managing people. These people in the organization need to be managed to accomplish the ultimate goals and objectives. A person is the key resource for an organization to succeed in the long run. For any organization, HRM incorporates four most important activities acquisition, development, motivation & maintenance. These four activities need to be integrated to get the pet results (Caldwell 2003, p.3). HRM encompasses a numeral of discrete but overlapping areas of managerial activity. The first responsibility of HRM is to incorporate good human resource for the organization. This entails all the process of hiring a new individual till its retirement or execution. Human resource management embraces the process of selection, recruitment, development, utilization, compensation and most importantly motivation that drive throughout this process. In the past, it was difficult for the management to deal out responsibilities and tasks to the workforce according to their potential. HRM is the latest manifestation to apportion work errands within a social group. It has the group of workforce their errands to make the greatest use of their individual acquaintance, behaviors and competence for the greater good. (Caldwell 2003, p.4)

Human resource management is not a one day course but unremitting process that needs to run till the organization subsists. Human resource management is the basic function of all areas in all types of organization e.g. from production to prompt deliver (amulwa, 2008). Every activity of the organization comprises of Human resource management. HRM view people as a great asset to benefit the organization, employees and society as a whole. This means all the members of the organization from top to bottom is integrated with each other through one word HRM.
