Effective communication and interpersonal skills are the characteristics which are very necessary for the delivery of best quality in healthcare. However, communication skills have been identified as one of the most important feature which is very essential for every individual and most importantly for education and training for nurses. This report has focused on the ways through which an effective communication can be achieved between team members in regards to nursing. In this time of globalization, medicine is no exception to this phenomenon, therefore, the problems that demand the society, can provide a potential professional communication skills enabling it to more effectively contend with the problems posed by its profession in the scenarios which are real, complex and dynamic. Communication book can be helpful for the senior staff member to deliver good quality level of care and to maintain the safety of patient, who will also be solving the problem of delaying the discharge plan. Therefore, in order to solve such issues there is a need to introduce the communication book (Sinclair, 1991). The flow of effective communication saves time because it does not let so many conversations to happen. The listeners get more attracted towards the effective communicator because they know that the information provided by that communicator will be advantageous for them and will be precise and succinct. Therefore, the main focus of this assignment is to provide an importance of effective communication among the members of the team and the ways through which an effective communication can be achieved between the team members.
