How the Versailles Peace treaty sowed the seeds of the Second World War
After the end of World War I, the wining countries i.e. America, France and Britain were angry at Germany for starting such a war and causing world-wide devastation. They managed to find a way out.
The Treaty of Versailles was basically a peace settlement which was signed after the World War I which officially ended the cold war but it started another worldwide conflict. The treaty failed to re-establish the defeated countries. The Treaty of Versailles brought peace for only two decades. (Coffman, 2001, p. 100-150)
