Mobile phone is the very basic need of today. Every person uses mobile phone also uses its valuable services in their daily life. The increment in its usage is not only effects the life of the common man but also creates a very large and huge load on the shoulders of the service providers. Reputable service providers try to introduce new and emerging technologies and techniques that can affect the process of its service and also increase the quality of its services like voice call, short message service, multimedia message service or internet. Instead of very effective and emerging techniques, these techniques cannot reduce the load on the systems of service providers very much due to the rapid increment in the number of mobile users.
As quality is very important for any company, AT&T tries to increase its service and broad its business to every part of United States in a very effective and intelligent way. This company signed a transaction with T-Mobile in an amount of thirty nine billion dollars and overcome its all users or customers. This not only affects the company's growth, service quality and economy but also provides a large number of benefits to customers and government of United States.
The merger between two reputable organizations give access to millions of users to the technology named as “4G Long Term Evolution”. It also helps United States government in achieving its political goals of serving up to 95 percent of Americans by giving access to the fourth generation LTE. In the end, it is important to consider the need of very effective technology or strategy that uses radio spectrum very efficiently and reduces the load on the systems of service providers.
