The Empire of Songhai

The empire of Songhai which is also known as Songhai Empire is part of ancient African heritage. It was located in Western Africa. There is a significant important of Songhai Empire in Islamic heritage because it was one of the largest Islamic empires of the 15th and 16th century who born the leading ethnic group name Songhai. Gao was the capital of the state in 11th century.

The Ashanti

The Empire of Ashanti also called Asante was also part of the Western African state during 17th century. people of Ashanti are now migrated to Ghana. In Ghana, Ashanti is one of the leading and most prominent ethnic groups with all authorities and powers. It is also said that these people are most disciplined people in the Western African civilization. Moreover, people of this empire are famous for their military power which they have adopted from the European firemen. This empire carries significant historical importance due to its military powers, organized hierarchy and strong social cultural values. The Ashanti empire also have largest histologist of the sub Saharan African political entity. Even today, the Ashanti heritage continues as a constructional protected in the traditional state of Republic of Ghana.

Haile Selassie

Haile Selassie was born in 1892. He signifies as a symbol of power of the trinity. Haile Selassie was an Ethiopian orthodox who followed Christianity in his life time. He was the successor to the dynasty of the Emperor of Ethiopia form 1930 to 1974. The Ethiopian dynasty is among the famous dynasty that has its traces from 13th century. it carries significant back to the king and queen of Makeda. Haile Selassie is popular and important in both heritages of Ethiopian and African history. in 1936 under the rule of Selassie, the empire condemned the usage of chemical weapons against the people of Italy. Furthermore, he led Ethiopia to become a member of United Nations. His political view promotes multilateralism and proved the seminal enduring. Followers of Haile Selassie recognized him as an incarnate of God. Cecil Rhodes

Cecil Bob Rhodes was English born of South African. He was an American entrepreneur, exploration tycoon, and politician. He was the creator of the diamond company Beers, which has a market share of 40 percent of the world's gemstones that was at one time promoted to 90 percent. A fervent believer in British colonial imperialism, he was the creator of the condition of Rhodesia, which was known as after him. In 1964, North Rhodesia became the separate state of Zambia and Southeast part of Rhodesia was thereafter known simply as Rhodesia.
