Abraham Maslow has given Hierarchy of needs in 1943 in which he has linked the hierarchy of needs with the human motivation level. He has organized human needs in the following structure.
Physiological needs - food, shelter, clothing, water, air and sleep.
Security - Safety, safe environment and safe neighborhood.
Social needs - love, relationship, affection, belonging.
Esteem needs - reorganization, appreciation, and personal-worth.
