Henry Fielding was a British writer playwright and journalist, who founded the English Realistic School, in literature, along with Samuel Richardson. Fielding was famous as a novelist and wrote comic epic poems in prose. He was born in Sharpham Park, and his father was the nephew of Earl of Denbigha, and his mother was also from a prominent family. Fielding studied at the Elton College, and this is from where he learnt ancient Greek, and Roman literature.
