Following are the three examples of the types of violations under Sections Sections 458.331 and 456.072 of the statutes of Florida:

If the medical doctors attempt to renew or obtain their license for practicing medicine in a wrong way like through misrepresentations, fraud or due to some error of the board of department.

If the medical doctor is found to aid, assist or advice any unlicensed individual to practice medicine (Goldberg & Robbins, 2011).

If the medical doctor is found doing misleading, deceptive or false advertising.

The licensing acts for Osteopathic physicians are under the Chapters 459 and 458 of the Florida Statute Chapter.

The licensing acts for podiatric physician are under the Chapter 461 of the Florida Statute Chapter.

The licensing acts for chiropractic physicians are under the Chapter 460 of the Florida Statute Chapter.

The licensing acts for nurses are under the Chapter 464 of the Florida Statute Chapter.

Please provide several examples of the types of disciplinary actions which may be taken against a physician's license under Florida law (hint: students may want to research this issue on the Florida Board of Medicines website).

Under the Florida law the medical doctors have the following four financial responsibilities available to them:

The medical doctors are required to carry medical malpractice insurance.

They have to establish and maintain escrow account.

Obtaining and maintaining professional liable coverage.

Obtaining and maintaining an unexpired, irrevocable letter of credit

Please describe briefly the difference between claims made malpractice insurance policies and occurrence policies.

In the claim made policy, the coverage can only be applied during the time period of the policy. While in the occurrence policy, the claim coverage is provided regardless of when the claim was filed.
