Cardiovascular disease currently affects a large number of people in old age mainly due to changes caused by improper lifestyle habits, including physical inactivity, this has added to the normal aging process which leads to a progressive degeneration the cardiovascular system. That's why this research was conducted in a nursing home where the population was found suitable for this project. In this paper, we will design a health promote project for the adults (Bartholomew, Parcel, et al, 2006).
Materials and methods
The tests were applied to 34 elderly clubs belonging to the third suitor starlets.
Inclusion criteria
These groups include the elderly in the city of Pamplona because many of them engaged in some type of physical activity as a strategy for health promotion and disease prevention as well as being a heterogeneous population that does not allow meetings permanent or meetings for the conduct of activities and exercise (Bartholomew, Parcel, et al, 2006).
Exclusion Criteria
