This paper presents a discussion on the proposed health policy by one of my classmates during a classroom session on 'Health Policy Reforms: A Multicultural Perspective'.

The first assertion has two components: first, that an ethical framework is essential for defensible health policy; and, second, that a specific ethical framework is correct (Leichter, 2002, 14).
