Introduction
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) was framed and coined by the Congress of the United States, which was promoted and signed by Bill Clinton in the year 1996.
The ideology and the central idea for this Act was to improve the security and safeguard of the people serving in the healthcare industry, calling out to the changes and the challenges that not only makes way for a better outcome, but also calls for developing benchmarks and standards in order for these institutions to comply their activities.
