Marketing Plan

Health care system of Texas was ranked as the third worst in the country by Commonwealth Fund. Texas is amongst those cities which are at the bottom of the table in terms of health care access, avoidable hospital spending, equality between different groups and quality of care. The health care industry faces several aspects of marketing in the business aspects of their practice. There is more direct-to-consumer marketing in the United States of health plans and pharmaceuticals, costs that eventually reach payers. Introducing a Health Care Service would not only provide the advantage to the business but also would greatly impact the quality and satisfaction of the citizens.

Objectives

For our first year, we have four objectives:

To increase ample funding for start-up

To load up all of the rooms in the major dwelling over the course of six months

To open the Skilled Nursing Facility, and sustain it at 9 to 10 rooms used by for 25 days per month thereafter

Begin development implementation for the ongoing funding desires of years two through five

Goals

We have set us determined goals. The key to retaining us to these goals is to set solid, discernable milestones, with clear responsibilities and allowances, where applicable. We have currently cited the ongoing caregiver meetings, House Councils, and other response to assess our health care performance.
