Currently President Obama placed U.S. health care reform at the top of his agenda. Soon after a few months of legislative toil on the issue it has resulted in five bills, three in the House of Representatives and two in the Senate that promotes and believe it will move the country in the right direction of universal medical coverage, a fair insurance system, and slower escalation of health care costs (Dobelstein, 2003). We, Americans, now see that health care at the moment meets with about every part of our economy and social structure. So, getting the system corrected depends on economic, politics, behavior studies, and ethical and hypothetical approaches on life, mathematical and material sciences (Mechanic, et.al, 2006).

More often than not, an apparent conflicting position held by conservatives and liberals of the political philosophies is who should be responsible for health care, and who is worthy and unworthy. Should the person and the individual's doctor be responsible for health care or must the government. Conservatives would say they have no problem with the current health care system, which it's privately owned and include a vast government interest.
