The paper also highlights the importance by comparing with other leadership styles. The paper explains and evaluates how each leadership style may impact organizational culture, employee performance. The main thesis of this paper is Participative is likely to increase the quality of a decision in today's health care organization when participants have information and knowledge that the leader lacks, and are willing to cooperate in finding a good solution to a decease problem. In this research we are going to utilize the qualitative method of research. The data in the study has been collected through the resultant methodology and has been used to perform the investigation. The scope of this study is to, survive in today's fast paced work environment and complete globally, Health organizations must balance the need to meet the patient's wants and needs while meeting key strategic goals and objectives which effect bottom line performance. In order to achieve this balance, Health organizations must understand the dynamics of the relationship between doctors and patients executing daily tasks and actions required to accomplish desired results. The premise of this paper is to explore and discusses how participative leadership functions in today's modern health care organization, and compares it to other types of leadership styles. While leadership theories continued to grow in sophistication and breadth in the late 20th and early 21st centuries, they had not expanded into a comparable range of effective practices. In this study, these qualities were particular to the internal environment that involved direct associations with employees and the inner workings of the health care Organization. Therefore, in this profession, the owners learn from the first day of their careers, to manage and work in a participatory style, to complete the task and projects in a timely manner. In recent years, health care organizations have enacted employee involvement programs which are participative processes designed to encourage increased commitment by doctors in organizational success. The main reason why it is important to determine, if a participatory first line leadership style within Supplier Management has a positive impact to employee satisfaction is to understand its overall effect to the organization. Another avenue is to allow first line doctors to practice various techniques conducive of a participatory leadership style. The premise of path goal theory is to enhance employee performance and employee satisfaction by focusing on employee motivation. This is accomplished by the leader assisting employees in achieving organizational goals and objectives with directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented behaviors.
