Introduction

Rough estimates of the research show that, at least 55,000 people are victims of fatal accidents on construction sites each year, or one death every ten minutes. Several hundred thousand people suffer serious injuries and problems health due to, poor working conditions, often in violation of the law. Health and Safety Legislation with a construction project

The Employer takes full responsibility for the state of health and safety in a construction company. His primary responsibilities include:

Equipment jobs in machinery, equipment, tools and equipment for temporary work at heights (ladders and scaffolding)

Article 207 paragraph 2, "To organize the work so as to ensure safe and healthy working conditions, ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations, issue the command to remove the weaknesses in this area and control the execution of these commands"

Article 237 paragraph 1 "shall provide the employee free of clothing and footwear meeting the requirements of BS"
