Introduction

"To be or not to be, that is the question". This is the puzzling phrase of William Shakespeare which breaks into the literary world in the early seventeenth century, with his book entitled Hamlet, characterized as one of the most popular tragedies of literature. It shows the courage of Hamlet. The plot revolves around three related stories: the protagonist and his immediate family, that of Polonius, a courtier with two children, Ophelia and Laertes, and Fortinbras, Prince of Norway, giving political touches to the work.
