Gun control laws, are they doing everything they can to protect the citizens of the United States. Unfortunately it has been disregarded by criminals and rebels alike".

Introduction

Regulation of cannons is a essential activity that needs to be taken in alignment to save lives. Agood definition of gun command is needed to realise the edges and issues. Gun command is an effort to stop the increase in brutal misdeed by reinforcing laws on the ownership of firearms. Persons in the group against cannon command believe that cannon control is incorrect, and that it is a violation of legal rights. Those in favor of cannon command accept as true that cannon command is good, that the Second Amendment does not request to normal people, and that cannons should be taken out of the hands of criminals (Newton, 1992, 5-99).

Those whom are opposed to gun control laws do not like to admit there is a link between access to guns and violence. The NRA states guns don't murder persons, persons murder people. They will claim that the right to bear arms for self-defense and civil rights would be diminished. However, this view is only one sided and it fails to address the link between the ownership of guns and the violence that occurs because of it (Leone, 2002, 209-266).

Discussion

Almost every day we can open up a newspaper or turn on a national news broadcast on the television and discover a new case of someone being killed by the use of a gun. Perhaps it was a child whom had access to his/her parents gun they keep in the house for self defensive purposes, an adult whom was an innocent bystander during a workplace massacre or robbery, a shooting at a school by a disturbed kid, or a domestic dispute turned deadly. Unfortunately, it is rare that a day goes by that we do not hear about one of the above events. Whatever the case may be, it is apparent that too many people have access to firearms and that access must be restricted.

There are some foremost anti-gun control groups. These assemblies include the nationwide gun Association (NRA), and the cannon Owners of America (GOA). The NRA is a nationwide assembly dedicated to the upholding of the Second amendment of the Constitution. In their publications, American Hunter and American Rifleman, they say 'The NRA believes that every law-abiding citizen is deserving to the ownership and lawful use of firearms, The NRA does many things to help display their convictions and persuade others to their beliefs. This association also has a powerful drag on legislation, because it has numerous lobbyists and supporters in government. This assembly has numerous constituents in assembly, and previous presidents George wilderness and Ronald Reagan are NRA members. The NRA lobbies for some kinds of legislation.
