The Process group shall be addressing the issue of alcohol abuse and measures to help the people in reducing and controlling their problem. The meeting shall consist of ten participants and an mediator whose job it will be to ensure that there is no problem among the people who are attending the meeting. He shall be responsible for guiding the conversations of the group, breaking up any arguments and above all making sure that no person is left feeling insecure, unhappy or embarrassed. The group will be targeting people from the age bracket 40-50 years. There are no restrictions on the financial condition of the individuals. The reason for closing the group at 40-50 is by that time people have already married and settled down to a large extent. They are also serious about how they spend their time. So if they choose to attend these meetings it will be with a purpose in their minds.

The meeting shall take place in a room with a small elevated pedestal or a stage for the speaker and chairs in rows for the other members of the groups. The mediator shall be free to move around, sitting next to a member or at the stage wherever he feels he should place himself according to the situation. The members shall be allotted support group badges or stickers indicating the number of sessions they have taken. They will also be provided with literature that would help them identify the negative effects of alcohol abuse in order to keep them motivated on abstaining from drinking.
