In 1965, Tuckman systematized what happens with the development of a working group in a commendable manner, defining at first four and then five key stages; each with well defined features and facts. This concept can be applied perfectly to the sporting field because somehow the particularities of the working groups in an organization have similarities with sports teams, both in its preparation and structure as in the conflicts that may arise.
