The study is associated with the discrimination in the admission process which will be discussed in the context of two students. These students are John Daley who wants to get admission in law program in the Green Mountain University and Bob Jones who intends to get admission in veterinary medical college of Green Mountain University.

In this paper, we will discuss mainly on Otherwise Qualified Standard. Moreover, the paper will be look for meeting the standard by Jhon and Bob. Furthermore, discussion will hover around Green Mountain University admission decisions. The best part of these students is that they both achieved high marks in their respective theoretical studies. Moreover, both of the students have been involved outside the classroom in a range of activities and organizations. However, both John Daley and Bob Jones are not able to see as they both are blind. Thus, this study evaluates the claims brought by two students in regard to discrimination in the admission process in the context of otherwise qualified standard.
