In response to your request, I hereby submit my Grant Proposal. It is being proposed that if the organization were to be provided with the potential monetary funding and financial aid it would be dispersed as per the details that follow.
It is with your wise contribution that the police department, established in Augusta, be cautious and considerate when it comes to dealing with criminal offences and correcting them in the best, possible manner. The funding will go a long way in improving the quality of our services and will directly benefit the general public of Augusta.

Mina Winkson
Director
Augusta Police Department
Executive Summary
The Augusta Police Department has been serving the state of Georgia for almost seven decades. With constructive, consistent, affirmative and contributive services for the people of Georgia, the Augusta Police Department has become an important platform. It is charged with the responsibility of protecting and safeguarding the people; ensuring that the generations to come will greet the world through the peaceful eyes of the state. It has been observed that although the police department is working and rendering its services at the level of optimum efficiency, certain areas show lacking and thus, require a detailed analysis for adequate restructuring.
Hence, it is proposed that a correctional service center be provided for inmates, easing the pressure off of the state prison system; allowing them to relocate individuals based on criminal classification, boarding and rehabilitation requirement (Sheptycki, 2002). For this goal to be realized, we shall be utilizing the current vacant space in the basement. Through utilizing the available space, the department will be able to bypass the investments required to acquire new estate and the respective constructional costs.
