Introduction

“Good Samaritan” is a principle of “Tort Law” which gives that an individual who sees another person in serious and imminent peril or danger cannot be charged with “Negligence” if the first individual tries to rescue or aid the injured person, on condition that the effort is not made irresponsibly.
