Introduction

With the advancement in technologies, process of relocation from a place to another is easing out. People in the earlier times had problems in transportation, which was like a hurdle for them to move to a place to another. However, in the recent past extra ordinary developments in transportation have brought convenience to people that helps them in moving from a place to another. These days' people do have adequate modes of transportation that include cars, railways, airplanes and ships. All of these modes of transportation can take a person from a place to another with ease. The process of globalization has brought great advances not only in technological but also in scientific terms. We observed the apparent development of computer science, robotics, and merges between companies with different capital sources (MNCs) that bring the cultural mix and intrinsically generate new needs in the markets. And those needs will make people feel increasingly absorbed by interaction which aims to globalization, then when the conversation between countries in terms of trade and also in terms informative shows are possible, enabling agreements, enriching cultures, modernizing economies (Scott and Storper, 2003).

Despite the ease, that globalization brings into the world these days; there are some negative aspects of globalization as well. This evident from the fact that the world first experienced the wave of globalization in the middle of the nineteenth century when the First World War broke out. It was at that time that nations made massive developments in transportation. Cars were there but World War increased their production. Similarly, rail networks and air transport were improved so that the soldiers of the participating nations had an ease in reaching their desired targets. In Second World War, the wave came back again and more strongly this time with significant improvements in the transportation mediums. The furious war ended after the deadliest incident of history, which was the dropping up of nuclear bombs on two cities of Japan (Baldwin, 2006). If we consider these aspects of globalization then for sure they are not in favor of the worldly peace. With the development in transportation technology traveling of people has increased. Similarly, at organizational level things are improving as well. Organizations are expanding globally into new markets. In the same context, things are moving positively and negatively as well. The following discussion will highlight the positive and negative attributes of globalization.

Globalization of the economy and the creation of the world economy there is the possibility of free movement of capital, and the factors of production. The economic relationship between the countries was already apparent ...
