This paper has been written with regards to the Gibbs model that is extremely helpful while the interviews are being conducted. The six stages of the model have been discussed along with their importance and effectiveness during interviews. Gibbs (1988) consists of six stages to complete one cycle, which is able, to improve the interview practice continuously.
