Introduction

Although there are distinct kinds of ethical dilemmas arises in different situations like Hypothetical moral dilemmas, in them pose problems abstract, general, which are sometimes difficult to locate in reality, but those who recognize that they analyze that they are always possible at certain times of real life. They are from the literature, the means of communication or the imagination of who makes it. The situations and characters are usually far from the real-world subjects they are proposed, but either look at something other situations experienced or known by subject, or any member of your family or social environment is likely reflected in the narrative. Such dilemmas have less interest in terms of richness and variety of experience, but can support the reasoning and discourse skills. Real moral dilemmas, conflict situations pose taken from everyday life and its problems. They rely on actual events, close in time or space to subjects and come from various media, situations or historical events, situations or personal experiences, and so on. (Problems of freedom, sex, consciousness staff). Such dilemmas are more motivating and facilitating the involvement of the participating subjects, in one way or another, reflected in these situations more or less close.

An agency in disarray, means the CIA

The CIA was in disarray when Tenet took over at that time the agency had suffered inconsistent leadership since the fall of the Soviet Union, and he was the fifth DCI in seven years (Donald, 2003). Morale sagged badly. Since 1991, the agency had lost more than 3,000 of its best people more than 20 percent of its workforce including many of its more experienced case officers. At that time, it was a great challenge for George tent to rebuild this agency.

Diplomat rather than spymaster

How he manage two distinct roles his role as that of an honest broker that avoided direct involvement in foreign policy making. He served as negotiator for Yasser Arafat and Israeli prime minster; it was very difficult for him to manage these two roles at a comparable time (Steinman, 1998).

As now he is working for Bush in his national security team and after some time this 9/11 event occurs which create immense problem for him (Leon, 2004). He was new to this type of attacks, but Somehow it also helps him in a way that now he knows in which direction he has to work but again overall it is a new situation for him to handle this (Donald, 2003).
