Introduction

Every living thing has an identity card (DNA) which contains its hereditary characteristics. This genetic variability from one individual to another creates an incredible diversity and gives each its unique character. This is called intra specific diversity (corresponding to the diversity of individuals within a species).

How does it manifest?

This genetic variability, not observable without laboratory manipulation, produces a wide variety: the different colors of our eyes, the different forms of corn, tomatoes or the different tastes of apples within the same species come from this diversity.
