Recently, as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (also renowned as the incentive package), $80 million of the incentive cash was granted to the nationwide Endowment for the Arts. It may appear to be a fall in the bucket when someone is mentioning to a financial bundle that sums $787 billion but Americans are still conversing about an important allowance of cash. I signify, if you don't desire the $80 million, I want to take it for the fulfillment of my desire (Yudof 2003).
