Abstract

In this paper we will discuss about management that it is the social science and technical responsible for the planning, organization, direction and control of resources of the organization, in order to obtain the maximum benefit. This benefit may be economic or social and this is depending on the goals pursued by the organization. The concept of management is moving in an environment in which resources are scarce, and the person in charge of management should apply different formulas to be achieved this way constantly persuade and motivate all sources of business capital. In order to get the same support all the projects the company plans to undertake. Managers have a responsibility to achieve the objectives of their organization. We will also discuss the concept of business management applied to business management requires that comply with four key functions for the performance of the company. The main management functions are planning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Management is the social science and technical responsible for the planning, organization, direction and control of resources (human, financial, material, technological, knowledge, etc.) of the organization, in order to obtain the maximum benefit, this benefit may be economic or social, this depending on the goals pursued by the organization. The concept of management is moving in an environment in which resources are scarce, and the person in charge of management should apply different formulas to be achieved this way constantly persuade and motivate all sources of business capital. In order to get the same support all the projects the company plans to undertake. Managers have a responsibility to achieve the objectives of their organization, to take good initiatives and ensure that all tasks are executed within their organization. Managers cannot do their part if they do not have mastered the four main functions.

The concept of business management applied to business management requires that comply with four key functions for the performance of the company. The main management functions are planning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Planning

Planning is defined as the process by which the manager sets goals and establishes a list of work carried out to completion. This step is an analysis of how far the company has resources and the current goals. This first step is important because it allows managers to assess the weaknesses and strengths of the company to improve the situation. Also, it allows managers to evaluate each option; it leads to the failure or success and to analyze the possible impact of environmental factors such as economic environments, social, technological, ethical and legal on the company.

Planning determines the means used to achieve the objectives.
