Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the “Free Rider Problem” and identify the immigration related issues with the Free rider problem. In economical terms, free rider problem is basically the problem associated with the situation in which a group of population's consumption is more than the fair share allocated for common resource, or the cases in which they pay less than the fair share which is allocated as the cost of a common source.
