Introduction

The problem to be investigated is the contrasting views of the parties who influence business decision making as it relates to ethics and of those who are influenced by their decisions. Means “stakeholder” has different business management approaches: the customary American view of stakeholders as business venders, and the social democratic view of stakeholders for those who thinks that they have maintain one more property.

Further investigates the conflicting objectives of business leaders who influence business decisions. One has a propensity towards sovereignty and freedom at the same time serious risk and responsibilities. The other have a propensity towards slavery and repression, while only asking for an open hand and the courage to demand especially in regard to academic integrity and the code of conduct.

Discussion

Capitalism, based on free exchange, gained a reputation for cruel and immoral system where everyone takes care of sensitive personal good and ready to betrayal and deception in order to obtain competitive advantage. Survival of corporations is not a simple subject to answer it. But it is what others mean by the term. Early business corporations that were the mixture of large numbers of people into a particular organization for a definite reason can be sketch back previously in the form of “monasteries and towns and institutes” (Jennings, 2009, p. 87). Until the early 19th century, a number of large enterprises were establishes partnerships, including joint-stock companies.

In England in the 1600s, the previous business corporations were formed under monopolies licensed by the crown for the search of strict mercantilist policies”. These corporations get the structure of what we now think as a public corporation. However, in early 1800s, the modern private corporations that were not sponsored by the government can slowly transformed in Europe and the United States into what we distinguished today. For Novak, this freedom is at the root of autonomy, responsibility and dignity, "and is what enables the creature to act in the image of the creator.

In everyday relationships with other individuals about problems constantly arise whose solution affects not only the person who creates them, but also to another or others. The stakeholders are continuously facing same issue as it was found the harsh facts of doctors who exploit their patients, lawyers engaged in criminal activities, engineers and scientists working public safety or the environment and to businessmen who exploit the public indiscriminately. Add to this government corruption, theft, vandalism, killings and the ongoing violence, and then the ethical issue touches the heart of our survival as a society.

Novak believes that the responsibility for the development of this freedom morality is, at least initially, in the hands of the individual. That effort represents the response to a vocation, and is characterized by individuals they conquer and seize that freedom. Novak does not deny that society may be responsible for such freedom.
