Introduction

The world and one's life in it is full of challenges. Often we deem our lives to be easy headed and without any hurdles, and consider the upcoming events more as routine tasks rather a challenge. There is a common saying that is the world is not a bed of roses. For some odd reason, this perfectly fits our contemporary society, as the lives we are leading today are full of demanding situations and unexpected hurdles. There world still has not been able to devise a perfect formula for leading a life that is free of hurdles and challenges; However, one can manage himself and his life in a way that would grant him the liberty to take and tackle those challenges willingly and effectively.

Factors Causing Employees Dissatisfaction

Often in the corporate world we come across numerous instances where we hear stories regarding he employees not being satisfied with their current job, position or the tasks being assigned to him or her. There are numerous factors, which cause the dissatisfaction of employee, with respect to his or her job. Most commonly, initially the employees having witnessed the dissatisfaction tries to tackle the issue him/herself and constantly bottle up the feelings or dissatisfaction; however, there comes a time when the discontent leads to frustration, and the employee cannot endure it anymore.

Keeping in mind the case the factors, which underlie the dissatisfaction, are obvious and easily understood. The employee clearly seemed to be fatigued, upset and disturbed because of her current job and the dissatisfaction it caused. The main factors behind her frustrations were the inconsistency of her work and tasks. She could not begin her day with a sound devotion and attention, as she would not be aware of the intensity of her work for that day. Her tasks would either be enormous, which would drain her energy and mind, or small and minor that would not make her feel tested.

Even though, she performs her tasks diligently and completely, yet the conditions, such as excessive work load and other, do not cause any excitement to her work or job. She feels that the tasks that are assigned to her are not questioning or posing a challenge to her aptitude or capabilities. She believes that what she does is not in accordance to her skills and will not eventually guide her towards her ultimate goal and objective (Saari and Judge, 2004).

How These Factors Can Be Tackled

If we place this scenario on a broader or a global perspective, then the factors identified above will be found in almost every organization of the country. Each one of the factors stated above seem to possess grave importance and significance in inducing, and stimulating the dissatisfaction in an employee, and compel him/her to feel dejected. These dissatisfactions and feelings of dejection further affect the performance of an employee and eventually deteriorate the functioning and operations of the firm.
