The article put forwards a qualitative assessment of the supervisory association amongst two field managers and learner of societal work. It inspects the viewpoints concerning disparities in their field supervisors' management and association. The main conclusions are that there are apparent distinctions in supervisor's management and association with their co supervisees and their views of the relative management had a tendency to be linked with the excellence of their associations with their co supervisees.
