Introduction

The study will provide a few different states views on fetal homicide, while unveiling the laws and statutes within the states. It will discuss public policy in relation to what justifies fetal homicide. Te research is done while providing a Christian point-of-view on fetal homicide, abortion and contraception. The term "fetal homicide” is for protecting the embryo and fetal. There are some misconceptions that fetus hurt in the early age is not unethical (Gardner, 1972).

Fetal Homicide Law

Embryonic life has a moral value increasing with the stage of fetal development, but this value will never be the equal of the man's life from his birth. The German Constitutional Court is the only court in the western world in 1993, which has recognized a right to life of the embryo. Nevertheless, it gave permissible solution of the time accompanied by a consultation mandatory. Criticism of homicide
