In large organizations, vision statement, mission statements and declarations of standards are often formalized to narrate the company's culture (Harris, 2004).

Analysis

Organizational culture raises the behavioral consistency of the employees and the demeanor of the employees in an organization representation of the image of the organizational culture. In today's workplace, the function of culture in leveraging employees' demeanor seems to be progressively important.
