Social Entrepreneurs
They are individuals with innovative solutions to social problems that put increased pressure on society. They are ambitious and persistent focus on major social issues and offering new ideas for large-scale. A social entrepreneur often seems their ideas, committing their lives to change in the direction of their field. It is visionary and realistic, while concerned with the practical implementation of his vision at all. "A social entrepreneur is an agent of change in society: pioneer of innovations that benefit humanity." Each social entrepreneur presents ideas that are user-friendly, understandable, ethical, and motivated to support the dissemination to maximize the number of locals that take place, take your idea and implements it. In other words, each social entrepreneur is a mass recruiter "change makers" a model to help these citizens to channel their passion into action (Davidsson, 1989, p. 210).
They are both visionaries as realistic fundamental, first is concerned with the practical implementation of their vision. Social entrepreneurs are change agents for the social sector. It is their mission to face challenges, and they are determined to achieve results and maintain financial responsibility of the communities they serve. Social entrepreneurs bring systemic change by addressing not only the problem they are directly confronted, but also the cause of this problem. Moreover, social entrepreneurs are generally more effective than international NGOs to address the root causes, because they are better integrated into the societies they serve and know the specific needs of their beneficiaries (Bender, 1990, p. 38).
Social entrepreneurs and economics
One of the essential factors for success in any field of endeavor is the recognition. In the case of social entrepreneurship, that recognition translates into a clear benefit in the image and social reputation in the investor and the entrepreneur moral benefit, benefits of the venture very far too common.
