Facilitation is a style of dealing with others. It allows and enables a person to perform a job or a feat. The facilitator does not execute any job, but uses a set of capabilities in a way which enables a person or a group of people to reach a choice to be taught a skill. It is a developmental instructive technique that encourages people to divide their dreams, sources, opinions and to think gravely to recognize their wants and find efficient ways of fulfilling these wants. Facilitation is a technique that can be used in a numerous settings. Although it is normally used with a bunch of people, individual persons can also be facilitated(Micheal 2004, Pp. 110). In other scenario's, the facilitator may be motivating members of the group to develop answers to troubles they have recognized by presenting suggestions or developing simulations that the group can apply.
