Abstract

Women have to face gender issues when they get employed in the careers they choose, therefore, they need to implement strategies in order to deal with these issues. More commonly, the women in South Africa face problems in the construction industry. The women in the construction industry face issues such as discrimination, and the problem of unseen gender inequities. This is because the process toward equitable changes is not appropriate, and should be improved by reducing, and eliminating current barriers to educational leadership positions.
