The reason why I am interested in graduate school is because it will allow me to have more options for advancement on the management side to any organisation, and the acquisition procurement arena. My plans after receiving my degree would be to market myself for a better paying position or consultant.

I have also learned that when you have distinct degrees from a university such as Walden, that it looks good on your resume when you go to job interviews. Moreover, when you want to work for an organisation, the employees look for the candidate having the knowledge of a college education because they feel that the person with college education would know a lot more about the world as opposed to a novice who has no college degree.

On a concluding note what I want to say is that I hope that after going through my education at Walden University I hope to get out as a better person who is self confident, and has the abilities to lead and last but not the least has the tendency to improve with the passage of time.

I always seek to learn through knowledge gathering and learning. I embrace change and innovation. I am eager to tap the potential of the latest technologies. I always try to deliver superior work with the highest standards of integrity. I am a team player and an individual who is hardworking and motivated by attaining high standards of work.

I realise that in this rapidly growing world it is important to be responsible, personable, energetic, dynamic and a dedicated individual. In addition to possessing these attributes, I am also confident that I would prove to be a valuable asset to Walden University. I am really impressed with your institute's mission and environment, and I am sure that Walden University will utilise my full potential. I am also confident that I will feel very comfortable at Walden University and I will enjoy studies and other activities at this sacred institution.

It is very important that one should make goals in order to achieve them. Without proper focus, one can easily fall off the track and become lost. It has always been a goal for me to do Masters in Education and I believe, new technology skills, advanced studies and critical thinking are very important for advancement and success in today's rapidly growing workforce. The mission of the Early Child Education System is to serve the needs of British children by providing primary education, specialised education, and related social support services. To accomplish this mission, the Early Child Education Programme (ECEP) needs to be a comprehensive, integrated academic system that provides excellence in academic value, excellence in service as defined by its customers, and excellence in education and research, and needs to be an organisation characterised by exceptional accountability and by being an employer of choice.
